US Tech Solutions in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a lab-based candidate to support development, characterization, and scale-up of upstream and downstream drug substance processes for clinical programs. The role involves bench-scale experiment design and execution across cell culture and purification with a focus on problem-solving and process automation.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of lab experience on similar projects, plus knowledge of chromatography, filtration, and data

Competenze

Must have lab experience of at least one year on similar projects.
Experience with protein purification by chromatography and filtration.
Experience with data analytics (Excel, Spotfire) and basic statistics.
Able to design and execute bench-scale experiments for drug substance processes.
Familiarity with cell culture and purification operations is a plus.
Post-graduation work experience preferred.
