Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with typically 5 years of experience or Master’s degree with typically 2 years in pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Fundamental understanding of biopharmaceutics related to drug absorption across routes of administration.
• Hands-on experience in in vitro assays and standard analytical techniques for physicochemical and biopharmaceutical property assessment.
• Knowledge of preclinical and clinical formulation development principles for chemically synthesized molecules.
• Ability to analyze data and draw scientifically sound conclusions.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive technical excellence.
• Excellent self-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, troubleshoot, and interpret experiments on biopharmaceutics properties of small molecules and peptides.
• Generate high-quality data and maintain proper documentation of procedures and results.
• Analyze data and summarize findings for project teams and stakeholders.
• Assess candidate molecules by identifying risks, opportunities, and data-driven recommendations.
• Support development and optimization of experimental methods and workflows.
• Stay updated on external scientific advances and integrate relevant knowledge.
• Contribute to a collaborative, rigorous team environment.
