Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Groton, CT seeks an analytical chemist to support the clinical drug development pipeline. You will execute and review in-vitro biopharmaceutics tests including solubility, dissolution, and related HPLC/UV-Vis analyses.

The ideal candidate has a chemistry degree with 2+ years of wet lab experience, proficiency in data analysis, and excellent communication. You will collaborate across project teams and adhere to ALCOA data integrity principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Physical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline with relevant experience.
• Hands-on wet lab experience preferred in pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience with HPLC/UV-Vis data and GLP-like data integrity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical chemistry support across the clinical drug development pipeline.
• Execute test method protocols for in-vitro biopharmaceutics, including solubility and dissolution assays.
• Prepare analytical solutions and biorelevant media; perform accurate weighing and buffer prep.
• Analyze study samples by HPLC and UV-Vis; quantify drug concentrations.
• Review dissolution and solubility data for anomalies and ensure data integrity per ALCOA.
