ConeCraft is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler, Biopharmaceutical Products to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on assembling high-quality biopharmaceutical process components and equipment in alignment with engineering specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to producing products that support critical pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and written instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and reassembles.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Verifies specifications by measuring complete components.
• Interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and production documentation.
• Install and assemble fittings, gaskets, valves, tubing, clamps, and other sanitary process components.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Perform basic measurements using calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Identify and report quality issues, defective materials, or assembly discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Follow established safety procedures, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable.
• Work collaboratively with welding, polishing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
