Job summary

Celltrion Branchburg, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Operator Purification to support biopharmaceutical production in Branchburg, NJ. The role focuses on purification processes within Cell Culture, Purification or BioServices, operating PLC/HMI systems and adhering to cGMP standards.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, process monitoring, data recording, batch review, SOP updates, safety performance, and collaboration with process teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/biotech setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic processing techniques and cleanroom practices.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and accurately record information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a controlled cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate equipment according to procedures and sterilize components.
• Monitor parameters, perform in-process sampling, and adjust as needed.
• Record data, log activities, and review batch records for accuracy.
• Maintain safety and environmental standards and follow PPE requirements.
• Assist in developing or revising SOPs and participate in investigations if needed.
