Job summary

You will manage technical transfer, validation through commercialization, negotiate contracts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope, timeline and cost.

The role emphasizes risk management, customer relationship building, and effective communication while guiding projects to profitable, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or business field.
• 3+ years pharma product development/manufacturing and 3+ years PM.
• PMP certification desired.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP/Trackwise/SalesForce.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal, contract, tech transfer and validation through commercialization.
• Coordinate pricing discussions with finance, BD, sales and marketing.
• Participate in contract negotiations as decision maker on technical topics.
• Support client filings and CRM initiatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth transfer to commercial team after successful tech transfer.
