Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Quality Client Representative based in Bloomington, Indiana. The ideal candidate will manage all quality aspects of projects and ensure excellent customer service, both internally and externally. A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field and relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry are required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for authoring quality documents, managing client quality inquiries, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years with a Master's degree.
• Familiarity with quality operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality contact for assigned clients.
• Manage quality updates and reviews with client management.
• Escalate quality issues for corrective action implementation.

Skills

Knowledge of worldwide regulatory requirements

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education
