Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Missouri seeks an Union Production Operator LG3 APU3 for 1st shift (7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri). You will perform duties in manufacturing high quality biological products, read schedules, assist with training, and maintain production equipment with aseptic methods.

Strong math, reading, and computer skills are essential. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, familiarity with GMP/documentation, and the ability to work in a team to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Aseptic qualification program to ensure aseptic techniques.
• Ability to read and follow procedures, schedules and documents.
• Proficient in basic GMP/documentation practices.
• Experience with MES, SAP and data entry platforms is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication to train others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare records, calculations and documentation for production.
• Read and follow schedules, procedures and documents.
• Assist in training and developing procedures and methods.
• Operate and maintain production equipment and PLC controls.
• Sterilize, calibrate, and supervise aseptic processes and equipment.
• Support QC sampling, data entry, and documentation accuracy.
• Work with laboratory equipment and maintain aseptic environment.
