Qualifications

• A.A.S. in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years in a cGMP biopharma manufacturing environment.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, multi-priority setting.
• Proficient with electronic systems.
• Able to read, write and converse in English.
• MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and instruments.
• Maintain process equipment for operation.
• Document operations in accordance with cGMPs.
• Execute equipment qualification and validation protocols.
• Draft and revise SOPs and master batch records.
• Identify and initiate process deviation reviews.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying areas needing change and implementing approved strategies.
• Communicate effectively in written and oral terms.
• Perform daily activities in an organized, efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain training compliance.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
