Job summary

Celltrion Branchburg, LLC is hiring for a production support role in our biopharmaceutical bulk products facility. You will support the process team per MSOE 602, focusing on safety, quality and manufacturing performance, and operate equipment in the Cell Culture, Purification, or BioServices areas.

This non-exempt position offers pay between $19 and $34 per hour, with banded placement based on experience. Requirements include 2–4 years of relevant work, HS diploma or BA/BS in biology or

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to understand technical nomenclature and language and work with mathematical formulas.
• Must have good manual dexterity and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions and record information clearly and accurately.
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic processing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate equipment per procedures (setup/sterilization, monitor parameters).
• Provide support to process team per MSOE 602.
• Record data, log activities, monitor processes per cGMP.
• Perform maintenance and assist in troubleshooting equipment.
• Review batch records for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in SOP/batch record authoring or updates.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
