Celltrion Branchburg, LLC seeks a Manufacturing Operator - Purification to support Cell Culture, Purification, or BioServices in a GMP biopharma setting in Branchburg, NJ. Responsibilities include equipment setup, process monitoring, data recording, and batch record review.

The role emphasizes aseptic processing, safety, and quality with a shift Tue–Sat 2pm–12:30am. Minimum HS degree with 2–4 years experience; BA/BS preferred in biology/chemistry or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to understand technical nomenclature and language; work with basic formulas.
• Must have good manual dexterity and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions and record information clearly and accurately.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Knowledge of aseptic processing techniques.
• Able to apply technical and operational experience to problem solving.
• Physical: lifting up to 50 pounds; flex, bend, reach, stand long periods; wear clean room attire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate equipment according to written procedures; perform setup and sterilization.
• Provide support to the respective process team per MSOE 602.
• Record data, log activities, and monitor processes per cGMP.
• Perform general maintenance and assist in troubleshooting of equipment.
• Review batch records for completeness and accuracy.
• Author/revise SOPs and batch records; participate in investigations/change controls.
• Maintain safety awareness and adhere to safety policies; wear PPE as required.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, quality, and EEO/AA standards.
