Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s in Biological/Chemical Sciences or Engineering is preferred.
0–1 years of related Manufacturing experience in pharma/biotech requested.
Ability to follow SOPs with accurate documentation and data integrity.
Willing and able to work 24/7 rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Prepare, clean, sterilize, batch, pasteurize, or filter media for cell culture and purification operations.
Set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment.
Take samples on analytical instruments to assess concentration characteristics.
Operate filter integrity equipment to verify filter integrity pre/post use.
Monitor operations and trends; escalate issues to applicable departments.
Set up fixed and mobile process equipment with CIP skids for cleaning and sterilization.
Follow SOPs, batch records, and ensure compliant data documentation.
Maintain safety practices and contribute to a strong safety culture.
