X4 Engineering in Missouri seeks an experienced Biopharma Laboratory Manager to lead operations in a regulated testing facility. You will oversee analytical testing, ensure GMP/GLP compliance, and guide technical teams to deliver high-quality results for biopharmaceutical products.

You will drive performance metrics, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement while partnering with customers and senior leadership for strategic capability development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical testing environments.
• Experience managing laboratory operations and leading scientific teams.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP environments, regulated documentation, CAPA processes.
