Job summary

ConeCraft LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Biopharmaceutical Products Polisher to join our manufacturing team. You will polish, finish, inspect, and prepare process components to meet strict quality and regulatory standards.

The role requires following procedures, documenting work, and collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues and drive improvements. GMP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in metal polishing/finishing/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Polish, buff, grind, and finish stainless steel components to surface finish specifications.
• Inspect finished products for surface imperfections, defects, contamination, and quality compliance.
• Operate polishing, grinding, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet requirements.
• Measure and verify surface finishes using appropriate inspection tools and instruments.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per safety and quality rules.
• Follow GMP, quality procedures, and company policies.
• Document work performed and production records accurately.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
