Job summary

Rentschler Biopharma SE is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I, Downstream Purification at the Milford, MA site. You will perform downstream purification steps for biologics under cGMP, and support batch record documentation and data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with 1+ years in biotech/legacy labs.
• Associate degree in Life Sciences/Engineering preferred.
• Biotech certificate is a plus and demonstrates technical baseline.

Responsibilities

• Operate downstream purification processes for biologics per cGMP guidelines.
• Record batch parameters and enter data following GDP/GMP requirements.
• Assist in training sessions and support cross-team communication.
