• Strong command of US GAAP and SEC reporting for public companies.
• SOX knowledge with experience implementing financial controls.
• Technical accounting depth across revenue, R&D, inventory, and debt/equity arrangements.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor accounting team through monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Review close deliverables: journal entries, reconciliations, schedules.
• Own timely production of internal and external financial statements per US GAAP.
• Prepare/review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Serve as primary technical accounting resource for revenue recognition, R&D, inventory, debt/equity.
• Draft and maintain accounting policies with supporting white papers.
• Lead adoption of new accounting standards and cross-functional impact assessments.
• Collaborate with external auditors and support SOX 404 controls.
