Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Biopharmaceutical Chemist in Groton, CT to provide analytical chemistry support across the clinical drug development pipeline. The role emphasizes HPLC and UV-Vis analysis, method execution, and data integrity in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in Chemistry or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience with HPLC and UV-Vis spectroscopy and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Provide analytical chemistry support to projects across the clinical drug development pipeline.
• Execute test methods for in-vitro biopharmaceutics including solubility, USP dissolution, precipitation and flux assays.
• Prepare analytical solutions and biorelevant media with accurate weighing and buffer prep.
• Analyze study samples by HPLC and UV-Vis, including calibration and quantitation.
• Review dissolution/solubility data for anomalies and pursue follow-up.
• Document findings in electronic lab notebooks and reports per ALCOA data integrity principles.
• Support routine lab operations and equipment readiness.
• Adapt execution to shifting project needs balancing rigor and efficiency.
