Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in biochemistry or molecular biology; knowledge of biomolecular NMR data collection.
• Experience expressing and purifying recombinant proteins from bacterial systems.
• Experience independently collecting NMR data.
• Good computer skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing BioNMR data.
• Express and purify isotopically-labelled proteins for BioNMR studies.
• Document all research activities in a detailed lab notebook.
• Read and interpret papers to enhance understanding and skills.
• Apply critical thinking to assess results relevance.
• Assist in drafting documents to summarize progress.
• Perform other tasks as needed by management.
