Job summary

SAIC seeks a Biometrics Watchlist Lead to serve as the senior technical and operational authority for biometric watchlisting, identity intelligence processing, and attribution analysis under an Intelligence Community program. The role is on-site in Bethesda, MD, with CONUS/OCONUS travel as required.

You will lead contractor personnel, direct biometric data processing, and oversee multi-modal matching operations across diverse data sources, driving network characterization and intelligence

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Willing and able to obtain a Polygraph is required.
• 7+ years hands-on biometric processing/identity intelligence with progression to leadership.
• 5+ years multi-modal biometric matching (facial, voice, etc.) in intelligence or law enforcement.
• 5+ years identity attribution analysis using biometric and non-biometric data sources.
• 3+ years managing biometric watchlists in a classified IC or DoD environment with knowledge of privacy/data governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical leadership, task assignment, and performance management for biometric watchlisting and identity intelligence activities.
• Direct processing, exploitation, and analysis of biometric data to support attribution and watchlisting requirements.
• Oversee multi-modal biometric matching operations across diverse data sources and environments.
• Lead attribution analysis to identify persons of interest and map networks of significance.
• Coordinate with Digital Forensics, Multimedia Intelligence, Reverse Engineering, and Data Science to integrate biometric findings into broader intelligence products.
• Establish and enforce QA procedures, accuracy thresholds, and validation standards for biometric outputs.
