Job summary

Core One is seeking a biometric systems specialist to advance DoD ABIS, BEWL, and related identity solutions. You will provide SME input on biometric collection, matching, and identity resolution, and collaborate with DoD and software teams to integrate systems within Source Registry architecture.

Candidates should have TS/SCI with Poly, at least five years in programming, operations, and maintaining databases, and relevant ABIS/BEWL/CABIS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years programming, operations, and maintaining databases.
• Certifications or education in DoD ABIS/BEWL/CABIS/IRIS/finger print/DNA signatures (highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on biometric collection, matching, and identity resolution systems
• Support integration and maintenance of DoD ABIS and BEWL capabilities
• Manage and maintain human signature databases (fingerprint, iris, DNA, etc)
• Advise on biometric data standards, matching algorithms, and watchlist processes
• Support data quality assurance and validation across biometric databases
• Collaborate with software and database teams to integrate biometric systems with Source Registry architecture

• Provide subject matter expertise on biometric collection, matching, and identity resolution systems
• Support integration and maintenance of DoD Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS) and Biometrically Enabled Watchlist (BEWL) capabilities
• Manage and maintain human signature databases, including fingerprint, iris, DNA, and related biometric modalities
• Advise on best practices for biometric data standards, matching algorithms, and watchlist processes
• Support data quality assurance and validation efforts across biometric database systems
• Collaborate with software and database teams to ensure biometric systems integrate effectively with Source Registry architecture

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years programming, operations, andmaintaindatabases

Contingent Roles Caveat:

Salary Range: $ 80,000- $130,000

This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates. As this position is contingent upon contract award, final compensation will be confirmed based on the awarded contract's negotiated rates, applicable wage determinations, clearance requirements, and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
