Labcorp is a leading provider of biometric testing services, population health, and comprehensive workforce wellness strategies. These services are performed by a network of Labcorp personnel located throughout the country.

Summary

Labcorp is seeking medical professionals to provide testing services at events. Once hired, staff can assign themselves to local events via our scheduling system. We provide pre-event training on LES protocols. Testing services include biometric screenings, COVID-19 PCR testing, antigen testing, and temperature checks. Staff are responsible for setup, execution, breakdown, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct biometric screenings including fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat analysis.
2. Perform COVID-19 PCR testing, antigen testing, and temperature checks.
3. Accurately capture participant information and screening results.
4. Provide excellent customer service and maintain participant privacy.
5. Perform administrative duties as necessary.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Medical credentials preferred (CNA, MA, Phlebotomist, RN, LPN, etc.). Certification/license required in some states.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Proficient in fingerstick blood collection and blood pressure measurement.
• Experience with Cholestech LDX preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and tablet skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to pass background check and drug test.
• At least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 15-30 pounds.

Pay Range

$18 - $21 per hour.

Benefits

Employees working 20+ hours/week are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan. Part-time employees working less than 20 hours participate in the 401(k) plan only.

Dress Code

Royal or navy blue scrubs only.

Note: This is a per diem role.
