Job summary

Conquest is seeking an AI Scientist/Engineer to advance groundbreaking oncology-focused AI research. You will combine theoretical physics thinking with deep learning to learn from biological data at scale.

You will work on perturbation–response modeling, data campaigns on robotic platforms, and managing big biological datasets, with production-grade coding practices and a strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD/Postdoc in Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science (or related field).
• Expertise in ML, statistics, and deep learning.
• Experience with biology-related data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel approaches and train models for perturbation–response prediction in high-dimensional systems.
• Co-design data-for-models experiments at scale on robotic platforms.
• Wrangle and leverage large biological data sets and foundational models from public data.
