Job summary

TriMedx, LLC in the United States seeks a senior Biomedical Equipment Technician to own and optimize highly complex medical devices in clinical settings. Take ownership of uptime, safety, and performance; solve advanced diagnostics and networking issues; mentor technicians; and advise clinicians and leadership on equipment use and strategy to improve patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering setting.
• Strong expertise in complex systems, diagnostics, networking and hardware repair.
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CBET certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of highly complex equipment—driving uptime, safety, and performance.
• Solve advanced technical issues—system diagnostics to networked devices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians and leadership on equipment use and strategy.
• Lead projects and mentor technicians, raising the capability of the entire team.
