Job summary

Block Imaging is seeking a Biomedical Technician III Site Lead to support the Multi-Vendor Biomedical business in an assigned area, including Mendocino Coast, CA. You will manage customer relationships, install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment at hospital sites, while leading a team and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities include advanced diagnostics, escalating complex issues, mentoring BMET staff, and ensuring accurate service documentation for hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with diagnostic, preventive maintenance, and repairs on biomedical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and coordinate with clinicians.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring of BMET I/II technicians.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and preventive maintenance on biomedical and imaging equipment.
• Serve as the technical escalation point to minimize downtime.
• Lead service activities within a geographic region and manage workload.
• Collaborate with clinicians, service teams, and leadership on technical solutions.
• Mentor BMET I and II technicians and share best practices.
