Qualifications

Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies.
Knowledge of surveys, interviews, lab procedures, experiments, or fieldwork.
Strong written and verbal communication for reporting and collaboration.
Precise data entry, analysis, and documentation.
Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

Independently design, plan, and execute complex laboratory experiments in support of research objectives.
Oversee and manage transgenic and research mouse colonies by developing breeding strategies and maintaining records.
Coordinate laboratory administrative functions, including grant documentation, purchasing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, biosafety, and safety programs.
Direct inventory and equipment management, procure materials, and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and contribute to presentations, manuscripts, and grants.
Develop, implement, and improve laboratory SOPs and train staff and students.
