Job summary

As a Biomedical Engineering intern at Stryker, you will join cross-functional teams to explore future product needs, leverage CAD/FEA tools, and translate classroom learning into practical medical device development.

You will work with mentors on new product development and product engineering, gain exposure to leadership, and contribute to documenting processes, presenting findings, and supporting innovation in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field; must remain enrolled after the internship.
• GPA 3.0 or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with timelines, budgets, and resource reporting.
• Help improve executive-level reporting tools.
• Support product development using CAD/FEA tools.
