Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in policy, public health, economics, or closely related field; Master's preferred.
• Four years of experience in policy/research/data analysis or related field.
• Or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
• Excellent writing and research skills.
• Ability to interact with senior policymakers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with standard computing tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health policy-focused research and analysis, including literature reviews.
• Produce high-quality written work products such as policy briefs, white papers, and journal articles.
• Manage project deliverables and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Engage with stakeholders to inform policy implications and disseminate findings.
• Monitor developments in health policy and prepare internal briefing materials.
• Support senior researchers with presentations and policy briefs.
