Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an Application Analyst I in the Biomedical Engineering department to provide front-line support and maintenance of clinical IT systems, including BMDI, GE MUSE EKG management, OBIX fetal monitoring, data interfaces, and medical device connectivity. The role is primarily onsite at one of MGB's Academic Medical Centers with on-call support.

The Analyst works with IT Hardware Technicians, Clinical Engineers, Software Developers, and System Administrators on testing,

Qualifications

• Experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to document workflows and business processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Front line support and maintenance of the department's clinical IT systems.
• Assist with testing, upgrades, interface enhancements, and end-user training.
• Provide at-the-elbow support for clinicians and biomedical staff.
• On-site role with on-call coverage as needed.
