Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with two years of relevant health services or informatics research experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to implement protocols with data integrity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and project management tools.
• Working knowledge of informatics or health-related research and handling of PHI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research study activities across BMI programs and grants.
• Facilitate team communications and track milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Assist with IRB protocols, progress reports, and documentation.
• Support grant proposal development and submission milestones with investigators.
• Assist in dissemination through publications and presentations to diverse audiences.
