Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with advanced certification/licensing in a technical field.
• HVAC repair and maintenance experience and experience with mechanical piping; HVAC application training.
• EPA certification.
• Texas Operator's Driver's License with good driving record.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose motors, remove and replace as needed.
• Identify and isolate refrigerant leaks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, etc.
• Make emergency repairs and participate in Emergency Response Team.
• Document electrical tests such as voltage, amperage, and resistance.
• Support 24/7 on-call duty on a rotation.
