Job summary

BioTAB Healthcare, LLC seeks a Warehouse Technician in Missouri to troubleshoot, diagnose, and manage pneumatic compression devices and related accessories in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will ensure equipment is sanitized, calibrated, and compliant with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations before shipping.

This role requires meticulous record-keeping and a focus on process execution and quality control.

Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electromechanical systems, particularly pneumatic systems (pumps, valves, airflow).
• Diagnostic Abilities: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical test instruments (e.g., multimeters).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency is necessary, and familiarity with specific healthcare software or systems may be required depending on the role. Ability to read and interpret manufacturer manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
• Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination for delicate repairs and assembling small parts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: To interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently and as a team member, take direction and participate in Continuous Education as required for the role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills: To manage a high volume of tasks and ensure timely processing of information.
• Attention to detail: To ensure accuracy in records and reporting information. Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to support delivery timelines.
• DOT Certification: required for roles involving transportation and shipping logistics.
• Forklift Certification: current certification required at the time of interview.
• Problem-solving skills: To address any issues or challenges that may arise during the work process.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance: routine cleaning, sterilization, and testing of equipment.
• Quality control: inspect new and returned medical equipment for safety and operation.
• Documentation: maintain records in the CRM and inventory systems.
• Inventory management: manage replacement parts inventory, receiving and ordering.
• Compliance: ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
