Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responds to support requests; interviews customer to determine the nature and scope of the issue.
• Diagnoses, resolves and closes medical equipment issues according to service level guidelines and escalates when needed.
• Performs routine safety checks, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on medical equipment and support systems.
• Demonstrates understanding of customer service policies and continuously develops technical competencies.
