The Biomedical Equipment Technician III is responsible for expert level troubleshooting, inspecting, repairing, maintaining and calibrating an advanced range of clinical equipment, devices, systems and instruments. This multi-modality, multi-vendor in-house position requires expert level technical expertise. Monitors, mentors and supports BMET I and II position. The role includes participation in on-call rotation.
High School Diploma required; Associates Degree is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of expert level preventive and corrective maintenance experience is required.
Experience with multiple high-risk modalities is required
