Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to own the performance, repair, and calibration of complex clinical equipment, ensuring uninterrupted patient care. You will ensure safety and readiness of critical devices, guide clinicians on proper use, and strengthen operations through precise documentation and inventory control.

The role requires at least 3 years in a clinical engineering setting, strong diagnostic skills, and an associate degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering environment.
• Strong technical skills (systems, diagnostics, hardware repair, and error code interpretation).
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience; TRIMEDX certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, repair, and calibration of complex clinical equipment—keeping care uninterrupted.
• Ensure critical medical equipment is safe, accurate, and ready when clinicians need it.
• Guide clinicians on safe, effective equipment use
• Strengthen operations through accurate documentation, compliance, and smart inventory control
