Trimedx, a national provider of medical equipment services, is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician in California to own the performance, repair, and calibration of complex clinical equipment, ensuring care is uninterrupted and clinicians have safe, ready devices.

You will troubleshoot, guide clinicians on proper use, document maintenance activities with precision, and support inventory control and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering environment.
• Strong technical skills including systems diagnostics, hardware repair, and error code interpretation.
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or TRIMEDX certification; CBET certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, repair, and calibration of complex clinical equipment to keep care uninterrupted.
• Ensure critical medical equipment is safe, accurate, and ready when clinicians need it.
• Guide clinicians on safe, effective equipment use.
• Strengthen operations through accurate documentation, compliance, and smart inventory control.
