Qualifications

• Two years of formal education and training in bio-medical equipment technology or closely related electronics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and calibrate bio-medical and other electronic equipment.
• Perform minor electrical and/or mechanical repairs, along with any other duties assigned.
• Perform periodic, functional and electrical safety checks on bio-medical equipment.
• Maintain bio-medical equipment supplies inventory and equipment records.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS standards.
• Assist director in keeping compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards.
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
