Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment to ensure patient care.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate service records and analyze data trends for improvements.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve technical issues and maintain high service quality.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance technical skills.

Sodexo is hiring a BMET III for UTMB Angleton/Danbury Hospital. This position will support the entire HTM program at this hospital.

This is a 60 bed hospital that requires support for OR, ICU, Med/Surg, Ed, & off-site clinics.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range:

$39.27 - $50.82
