Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a BMET II to support a busy Nebraska hospital system. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment, ensuring safe and reliable patient care across clinical settings.

You will perform routine inspections, maintain compliance, and collaborate with clinical staff while documenting service records and contributing to continuous improvement. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and teamwork in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years related experience.
  • Technical skills in medical equipment repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment to ensure reliable patient care.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure compliance.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range

$31.06 per hour - $40.19 per hour
