Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years related experience in medical equipment repair or clinical environment.
  • Experience with diagnostic and preventive maintenance of medical devices such as monitors, ventilators, pumps.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment to ensure reliable patient care across clinical settings.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain compliance.
  • Uphold regulatory standards and promote a safety-first environment, supporting audits and remediation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate service records, analyze data trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve technical issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance technical skills and overall service quality.

Previous experience with patient telemetry, patient monitoring systems, ventilators, CMMS Systems, Troubleshooting, Calibrations/Testing, Infusion Pumps/PCA Pumps/ Feeding pumps knowledge, Test Equipment Knowledge is strongly preferred.Working knowledge of MS Office suite. Must possess strong Customer Service and Communication Skills, both written/oral.
