Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) to ensure the safe, functional, and reliable operation of vital medical equipment. You will install, inspect, repair, calibrate, and modify devices, advise staff on operation theory, and perform preventive maintenance in a full-time capacity.

You will work with clinical equipment and support systems, execute PMs and safety testing, and perform inspections and diagnostics to maintain high equipment readiness for patient care.

Qualifications

  • Four to eight years of experience in the repair and maintenance of biomedical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic circuitry and other technical aspects of biomedical equipment.
  • Demonstrated critical-thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to build positive relationships with staff.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
