This pivotal role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring critical medical equipment operates at peak performance to support patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee biomedical equipment services including vendor management and regulatory compliance
  • Lead and develop a team of biomedical technicians and professionals
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance scheduling and project management
  • Manage operations, client relations, and supervise engineering staff
  • Ensure continuous high-level service delivery to staff, vendors, and clients
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and public relations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years management experience and facilities/biomedical experience
  • Expertise with Hamilton, Vyaire, Getinge, Phillips equipment (Ventilators, Telemetry, Patient Monitors)
  • Experience in Critical Care, ER, OR, Lab, and GI equipment servicing
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency and data management experience
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Hospital or healthcare setting experience
