• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
• Must exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must have good verbal communication skills.
• Evaluate safety and effectiveness of medical equipment and develop testing procedures.
• Provide support, repairs, and maintenance for listed equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for maintenance of Prime Healthcare equipment, including ER devices and imaging systems.
• Oversee maintenance and repair to ensure optimum utilization of medical equipment.
• Conduct training for physicians, healthcare staff on proper machinery use.
• Maintain vendor correspondence to improve future interaction.
• Develop procedures for testing biomedical devices and ensure performance standards.
