Job summary

Partners in Digital Health in Seattle, WA, is seeking a GS-11 professional to manage the lifecycle of medical and patient care equipment and clinical systems. You will troubleshoot, perform inspections, and conduct planned maintenance, documenting actions in the CMMS and responding to hazard alerts and recalls.

You will monitor system backups, ensure network connectivity, and support staff with solutions while expanding your technical knowledge through ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Manages the lifecycle of medical equipment, patient care equipment and clinical systems.
• Troubleshoots medical equipment and clinical systems; completes corrective action.
• Performs incoming inspections and planned maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Documents all work in the CMMS.
• Responds to hazard alerts, recalls, incidents; documents actions.
• Monitors system backups, ensures network connectivity, mitigates cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
• Utilizes test equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Manages projects involving medical equipment and clinical systems.
• Provides customer support to staff; evaluates issues and provides solutions.
• Educates staff on safe operation and maintenance.
• Serves as COR and/or purchase card holder.
• Develops documentation to purchase commodities and vendor services.
• Manages contractor performance and addresses deficiencies.
• Complies with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to expand knowledge.
• Maintains knowledge in technological advancements through training.
