Job summary

Koitecc Solutions in Seattle, WA seeks a GS-11 level specialist to manage the lifecycle of medical equipment, patient care equipment and clinical systems. You will troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance, document actions in CMMS, and support staff across departments.

Role includes regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, and mentoring colleagues while advancing technical skills through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of medical equipment.
• Ability to document work in CMMS and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Manages lifecycle of medical and patient care equipment and clinical systems.
• Troubleshoots equipment and systems and completes corrective actions.
• Performs incoming inspections and planned maintenance.
• Documents all work in the CMMS and appropriate systems.
• Responds to hazard alerts, recalls, and incidents and documents actions.
• Monitors backups, connectivity, and cybersecurity for clinical systems.
• Uses test equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Manages projects involving medical equipment and clinical systems.
• Provides staff support, evaluates issues, and communicates status.
• Educates staff on safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Serves as COR and/or purchase card holder as needed.
• Develops procurement documents and monitors contractor performance.
• Complies with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentors staff and expand technical knowledge through training.
