Job summary

American Vision Partners is seeking a Technical Services Analyst, Biomed to support biomedical testing equipment and related IT systems across AVP clinics and surgery centers. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, assist with installation and configuration, and provide user training while maintaining documentation and service records.

The role requires 2+ years supporting Windows and biomedical equipment, with the ability to work independently and travel as needed within AVP facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical school/A+ certification preferred.
• 2+ years experience supporting Windows and other Microsoft products on various device types.
• 1+ years experience using or supporting biomedical testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support biomedical testing equipment and related systems in AVP clinics and offices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users by phone, messaging, or on-site.
• Assist deployment and training of new or upgraded systems as requested.
• Document issues and resolutions; communicate status to users and IT team.
