Job summary

Ever-Green Energy is looking for a Front-End Loader and Grinder Operator to operate biomass processing equipment in St. Paul, MN. You will help receive, store, process, and load biomass fuel, with primary duties including daily equipment operation and basic maintenance.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and loader experience or equivalent. A strong safety mindset and clear communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One or more years operating a wheel loader.
• Experience with similar heavy machinery may substitute for wheel loader experience.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and responsibly.
• Good oral and written communication; dependable with a solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of wheel loader and wood grinder to receive, store, process, and load biomass material.
• Assist in monitoring equipment, troubleshooting, and performing daily preventative maintenance.
• Maintain site conditions, assist with dust control and environmental permit compliance.
• Support inventory, cleaning, and general site organization as needed.
• Ensure safety policies are followed by vendors and assist customers and vendors in unloading materials.
