Syneos Health in Foster City, CA is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II with biomarker study operations experience to lead sponsor-dedicated biomarker programs. Remote US with hybrid preference near Foster City. You will drive biomarker and bioanalytical strategy across phases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality sample management and regulatory adherence. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing biomarker studies in a clinical trial setting.
• Proven ability to coordinate biomarker and bioanalytical workflows with vendors.
• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH and global regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee biomarker and bioanalytical activities across Sponsor and Collaborative programs.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for all biomarker-related processes.
• Work with clinical study teams to integrate biomarker strategies into development plans.
• Plan, manage collection, tracking, and analysis of biological specimens.
• Advise teams on best practices for sample management and logistics.
