Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Madison, WI seeks an Associate Lead I - Biomanufacturing, Training to support training compliance and lead sessions ensuring operational excellence in a regulated biomanufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with managers and SMEs to design and deliver effective training programs, contribute to quality systems, SOPs, and cGMP training, and help drive continuous improvement while working 2pm-10pm shift on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years related experience, or an Associate’s degree in STEM with 1+ years.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM satisfies the requirement with no experience needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor training to provide reports and metrics.
• Lead training sessions for employees.
• Help design training, including SOPs and regulatory requirements (FDA cGMP, EHS).
• Assist in drafting SOPs and training materials.
• Support quality system evaluations and corrective actions.
• Maintain training records and participate in meetings.
