Job summary

Catalent is hiring an entry-level Manufacturing Technician in Madison, WI. This on-site role supports biopharmaceutical production in a GMP cleanroom environment, following detailed procedures under supervision to gain core skills in biomanufacturing.

You will perform material prep, document activities according to GDP, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while learning cGMP practices and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• GMP manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with TrackWise, ComplianceWire, JD Edwards, DeltaV, Chromatography software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic buffer preparation and weigh raw materials.
• Follow BPRs and SOPs with a focus on right first time execution.
• Document activities per GDP in records and forms.
• Identify deviations and escalate via Rapid Response process.
• Assist CI initiatives and may lead small CI activities.
• Coach junior team members and assist onboarding.
