Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field and strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient in data collection and problem solving in a manufacturing context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with daily manufacturing activities.
• Support troubleshooting and data collection efforts by documenting observations.
• Participate in equipment trials, process observations, and improvement activities.
• Engineering Project Support & Continuous Improvement tasks and data tracking.
• Support 5S and workplace organization across the facility.
• Assist with SOPs, work instructions, and training materials updates.
• Follow GMP and safety policies; contribute to a safe, compliant environment.
